MarsProxies and DICloak: Integration Tutorial

The demand for online privacy protection tools is growing. Whether it's for personal data protection against data mining or web scraping using residential proxies, anti-detect browsers strengthen your digital safety with numerous advanced features.

DICloak is one of the many anti-detect browsers we've tested to see how well it performs using proxies. This browser is optimized for affiliate and social media marketing, web scraping, and advertising so it's a powerful tool in the hands of e-commerce professionals.

What's more, you don't need advanced tech know-how to operate this browser. It is beginner-friendly, and, as you will see from this guide, adding proxies takes several easy steps. Afterward, you can create up to 200 profiles with unique browser fingerprints, synchronization with the cloud, and IP address obfuscation.

In this article, we'll outline DICloak's key features and show how to use it with MarsProxies.

DICloak Features Overview

DICloak aims to make online privacy protection easy. Currently, it is available on Windows (32 and 64-bit) and macOS (Apple and Intel silicon). Although you need a paid subscription to use it to the fullest, DICloak also offers a sufficient free version to try it out. Here are some of its key benefits:

  • Fingerprint obfuscation

Masking IP addresses is not enough to ensure digital privacy. Each browser has a fingerprint, which can easily give away user information, so web scraping with the same fingerprint will likely result in a ban. DICloak lets you use alternative fingerprints and specify operating systems, time zones, language, and other unique fingerprint identifiers.

  • Task automation

Managing dozens of browser profiles manually is time-consuming. Instead, DICloak provides automation tools that can log into accounts and move through websites. You will also find a synchronizer in the automation settings that lets you specify input and click delays to mimic organic behavior.

  • Browser profile isolation

Multiple browser profile management requires isolation to prevent data leaks from one profile to another. DICloak separates all profiles so each online action looks like it’s coming from a different user, which is essential for successful online data gathering. Simultaneously, this anti-detect browser allows the creation of profile groups to streamline project management.

  • Proxy integration

IP tracking is still one of the major online surveillance methods. Luckily, integrating DICloak with proxy servers is effortless. There's a separate tab that lets you specify proxy type, port, and password. There's also a proxy checker to verify a successful connection, plus an option to import proxy batches.

8. Note that DICloak requires a proxy type. Since the proxies we configured use the HTTP/HTTPS protocol, add HTTP:// at the beginning (11) to make your string it look like this:

10. Lastly, scroll down and use the Checking proxy button (14) to test your proxy.
